The former head of the New York Police crashed into a pregnant woman and fled the scene. The incident occurred on Friday, January 8, in Manhattan. The police decided not to press charges and claim that the ex-Commissioner Howard Safir has not noticed 30 years old Joanne M. Valarezo when he was backing from a parking lot.
Valarezo not seriously hurt, but she had to seek medical help because of shoulder injury.
