The state plans to ban advertising aimed at children of mobile communication devices to limit the sale to minors and establish a new maximum allowable dose of electromagnetic radiation. In addition, in order to avoid exposure to harmful electromagnetic waves on the brain all the phones will be sold complete with headphones. Already, the plans of the French government may be called the most radical among similar laws of other countries. The British government, for example, ignores the recommendations of scientists do to protect children and teenagers from using mobile phones. And here in Russia for the young owners of mobile phones and their parents, even developing a special tariffs and services.
One of the last such "parent" of novelties - a system "under the supervision of the child" - has caused an unusually wide resonance within society.
